Encino Office Building

This project focused on bringing the building up to current code compliance.

36 bathrooms, elevators, flooring, wall treatments and plants at elevator foyers and hallways and common areas on all floors were completely remodeled to a modern, functional design. This project included two parking garage remodels with updated flooring, painting, signage for the interior and exteriors of the office buildings.
